Our Guarantee

Rebekah Rosa Handbag Co hand selects each product and carefully inspects them before leaving the warehouse.  In the event that a return is necessary please follow the guidelines below.  We stand by our products and want everyone to enjoy them as much as we enjoy selling them!

All purses are guaranteed for 30 days regardless of reason for return.  
 Purses that are priced over $50 are guaranteed for a total of 6 months on manufacturer defects.  Specifically: Hardware malfunction & loose stitching.  This DOES NOT include wear & tear, ripping or scuffing of any material. A customer can also request that the purse is repaired & the company will repair if the malfunction is repairable.

All returns must have a dated receipt included.
Returns will be good for an exchange of product of equal value.  No CASH   refunds by "the company".
Buyer is responsible for return shipping; company will pay for shipping of the replacement product.  
If no product is chosen; a gift certificate can be issued that will be good for 1 year from date of return.
